Rhythm & Movement
In the Fundamentals class, focus is on the basic skills and habits needed to create a foundation for a healthy lifestyle. Emphasis is given to the whole body in relation to exercise, enjoyment, nutrition, BMI, sleep and creating habits for a healthy future.
In Health, students are challenged to use critical thinking and analytical skills while evaluating the influences in their lives and the impact they have on their own personal health.
In Team Sports, students are given the option to learn the basic skills of sporting activities, or further their knowledge and skills by participating in more advanced games and activities.
In Rhythm & Movement, students focus on cardiovascular, strength training & flexibility through dance, aerobics, yoga & free weights.
